 Upon your Arrival...

  • We will pick you up in a chauffeur-driven vehicle at the airport and drive you to your home.
  • Your holiday home will be waiting for you, cleaned and aired.

  • Fresh flowers and a welcome pack of essential groceries and toiletries will be waiting for you.

  • Freshly laundered towels and linen will be ready and waiting.

  • The beds will be made up.

  • The water will be hot, ready for that relaxing shower after your long journey.

  • The air conditioning or heating will be on, depending on the season.

  • All electrical appliances will have been given a final check.

 

 






Upon your Departure... 

  • Our Property Care Manager will drop by to make sure that all your electrical appliances, including heaters, air conditioning and so on, have been switched off 

  • We'll collect and launder all your towels and linen
  • Your property will be given an essential clean
  •
  • Your fridge, dishwasher and washing machine will be checked and the doors left open
  • Your outdoor soft furnishings will be brought inside
  • Your property will be checked to ensure all doors and windows are securely locked.
